Returns

We hope you do not have to get to this point and that you are happy with your purchase. However, if there has been any problem, please write to info@wombatkids.comSpecifying your order number, your email and your contact phone.

Wombat Kids does not return the money except in case of taras or manufacturing defects.

Anyway, with the return we will issue a purchase voucher with 6 months of expiration.

Returns are borne by the client.

For people who prefer it, they can send us the product to be returned through the medium they want to the following address:

The deadline for any change or return is 15 days from the date on which we have confirmed the sending of the order.

Wombat Kids reserves the right to reject any return or change that is outside the previously indicated period, or the articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Once the information is processed and the product has received in our stores and we have verified that it is in perfect condition and in its original wrapping, we will proceed to send a voucher for the amount of the returned product, which will be valid of 6 months from the date of the date of Shipping.

Keep in mind that the initial order shipping costs will never be returned to the customer.
